Italian Automaker To Open First Residential Tower in Miami

by | March 7, 2024

Porsche was the first automaker to offer branded residences. The tower is now fully occupied in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

Following in the footsteps of Porsche, Bentley, Aston Martin and Mercedes-Benz, Italian Hypercar manufacturer Pagani is slated to open its first Pagani-branded luxury residential tower in Miami’s North Bay Village on Harbor Island. Dubbed Pagani Residences, the new development is expected to open this spring, with completion slated for 2027

“Pagani Residences represent an exciting blend of Pagani’s bespoke design approach with the finest materials, and the vibrant allure of Miami’s beauty and dynamic energy. This innovative fusion embodies the distinctive essence that defines Pagani,” said Horacio Pagani, founder and CEO of Pagani Automobili, in a statement. “Our aspiration is for residence owners to evoke the same exhilaration and excitement that our auto enthusiasts and owners experience every time they get behind the wheel of their Pagani Hypercar.”

THE INSIDE STORY

Aston Martin Residences

Designed by Miami’s architecture firm Revuelta, Miami’s first-ever Hypercar branded building will offer two-to-four-bedroom units ranging in size from 2,000 to more than 3,300 square-feet with terraces measuring from more than 800 to 1,040 square-feet. Ceilings are 11 feet, making each unit feel even more spacious. Each apartment will be fully customized. Opting for a waterfront-facing penthouse brings 13-foot ceilings and private pools.

The 28-story tower’s residential floors will feature four units per floor, meaning all units are corner units. If you desire a penthouse, they start at 6,900 square-feet with terraces measuring as much as 4,400 square-feet.

DESIGN INFLUENCES

Bentley Residences, like the Porsche Design Tower, features a car elevator allowing you to park outside your door.

The Pagani Residences Italian-designed interiors allegedly take their design cues from Leonardo da Vinci’s principles of Art and Science. Designed by Pagani Arte, the residence is looking to create a refined, cutting-edge technological aesthetic.

The project is being developed by Riviera Horizons.

“Pagani Residences in Miami are set to redefine the art of handcrafted living, presenting a curated experience that effortlessly extends the essence of Pagani—an embodiment of obsession with detail, refined taste, and a level of craftsmanship that is truly rare in today’s world,” says company CEO Mikael Hamaoui.

LOTS OF AMENITIES

Mercedes-Benz Place, announced late last month, is scheduled to be completed in 2027 in Miami’s Wynnewood neighborhood.

Amenities include a 240-foot waterfront boardwalk, private boat slips, valet parking, a pet spa, bicycle, paddleboard and kayak storage, and 24-hour/seven-day-a-week security. Private garages and preferred parking are available at extra cost.

Other conveniences include an eight-floor featuring a private residents lounge, library and media room. On the 27th floor, residences can partake of a fitness center, cardio training, Pilates and yoga studios, spa with views of Biscayne Bay, sauna and steam rooms, private treatment rooms and a restorative wellness lounge.

But that’s not all.

The 28th floor is the rooftop, with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay from its poolside cabanas. There’s also summer kitchens with chef’s grills.

Prices start at $2.4 million, not including the price of a Pagani.

“Miami continues to stand as a pinnacle global living destination, drawing buyers from every corner of the world,” said Edgardo Defortuna, president and CEO of Fortune International Group, the developer’s broker for the project. “Pagani Residences, situated against the stunning Biscayne waterfront, will unveil a distinctive harmony between Pagani’s renowned attention to every handcrafted detail as well as the prime positioning of the North Bay Village location.”
