Following in the footsteps of Porsche, Bentley, Aston Martin and Mercedes-Benz, Italian Hypercar manufacturer Pagani is slated to open its first Pagani-branded luxury residential tower in Miami’s North Bay Village on Harbor Island. Dubbed Pagani Residences, the new development is expected to open this spring, with completion slated for 2027
“Pagani Residences represent an exciting blend of Pagani’s bespoke design approach with the finest materials, and the vibrant allure of Miami’s beauty and dynamic energy. This innovative fusion embodies the distinctive essence that defines Pagani,” said Horacio Pagani, founder and CEO of Pagani Automobili, in a statement. “Our aspiration is for residence owners to evoke the same exhilaration and excitement that our auto enthusiasts and owners experience every time they get behind the wheel of their Pagani Hypercar.”
THE INSIDE STORY
Designed by Miami’s architecture firm Revuelta, Miami’s first-ever Hypercar branded building will offer two-to-four-bedroom units ranging in size from 2,000 to more than 3,300 square-feet with terraces measuring from more than 800 to 1,040 square-feet. Ceilings are 11 feet, making each unit feel even more spacious. Each apartment will be fully customized. Opting for a waterfront-facing penthouse brings 13-foot ceilings and private pools.
The 28-story tower’s residential floors will feature four units per floor, meaning all units are corner units. If you desire a penthouse, they start at 6,900 square-feet with terraces measuring as much as 4,400 square-feet.
DESIGN INFLUENCES
The Pagani Residences Italian-designed interiors allegedly take their design cues from Leonardo da Vinci’s principles of Art and Science. Designed by Pagani Arte, the residence is looking to create a refined, cutting-edge technological aesthetic.
The project is being developed by Riviera Horizons.
“Pagani Residences in Miami are set to redefine the art of handcrafted living, presenting a curated experience that effortlessly extends the essence of Pagani—an embodiment of obsession with detail, refined taste, and a level of craftsmanship that is truly rare in today’s world,” says company CEO Mikael Hamaoui.
