Harsh! Consumer Reports Trashes New Fisker Ocean as “Inexcusable”
“Incomplete” and “Inexcusable.” Things haven’t been going well for Fisker Inc., the EV start-up that has begun taking steps that could lead to a bankruptcy filing in the coming weeks.
