Kia continued its aggressive roll-out of battery-electric vehicles with the launch of the new EV4 at the New York International Auto Show. With a range of up to 330 miles per charge, the compact EV will become the brand’s new all-electric price leader. It’s going to be a busy year for Kia which plans to debut three new models at the New York International Auto Show next week, including two new EVs. But the automaker hinted at yet another intriguing product in the pipeline during an Investors Day conference in Seoul, an upcoming all-electric pickup. Headlight.News has more.
Kia continues to roll out new EV models that the Korean brand hopes will help it counter moves by market leaders Tesla, as well as fast-growing Chinese brands like BYD and Geely. But whether it can keep its strong momentum going in the U.S. as Pres. Donald Trump enacts new anti-EV policies remains to be seen.

For now, at least, but Headlight.News has confirmed that Kia is all but certain to put into production the two prototypes it revealed at the LA Auto Show, the EV3 crossover and EV4 sedan.
